One workflow, from obligation to board pack.
Auregis 2 Comply connects regulatory requirements, inspections, evidence and corrective actions into one live, defensible compliance position.
- 4 high-risk findings approaching their statutory deadline
- 12 requirements await evidence approval
Seven connected stages.
A synchronised compliance lifecycle rather than a set of disconnected tools — the same in every regulated industry.
Understand
Capture the characteristics of the regulated entity, site, facility or asset that determine what applies.
Resolve
Determine the applicable requirements using structured, versioned rules rather than assumptions held in spreadsheets.
Plan
Schedule inspections, assessments and compliance activities with owners, due dates and escalation.
Prove
Connect certificates, reports, readings and photographs directly to the requirement they evidence.
Verify
Review the evidence, confirm it satisfies the requirement and identify failures or gaps.
Correct
Manage findings and corrective actions through to verified closure.
Assure
Provide live compliance visibility, exception reporting and a defensible audit trail.
Built for the office, the site and the point of work.
Illustrative screens show the Housing & Property workflow using demonstration data. They are not customer results or production screenshots.

Turn regulatory change into accountable action.
A2C translates reviewed regulatory requirements into operational workflows through governed, versioned jurisdiction catalogues. Automated legislation monitoring is planned; catalogue updates remain subject to review and validation.
Translate requirements
Legislation and regulatory guidance inform jurisdiction-specific rules, with source references, applicability, deadlines and evidence requirements.
Review and release
Catalogue updates are reviewed, validated and versioned before activation, preserving the history behind each compliance position.
Put changes into practice
Activated rules connect applicable obligations to accountable owners, planned work, evidence review and assurance reporting.
England social housing
Awaab’s Law: from statutory requirements to evidence and assurance.
A2C’s validated England catalogue includes Awaab’s Law Phase 1 requirements for significant damp and mould hazards and emergency hazards, connecting applicable requirements to deadlines, accountable work, evidence and verified closure.
Phase 1 took effect on 27 October 2025. Phase 2 takes effect on 30 November 2026 and extends significant-hazard coverage. A2C is preparing for Phase 2, but its coverage is not yet validated or activated. Awaab’s Law coverage described here applies to England social housing, not the whole UK.
Read the official Awaab’s Law guidanceBuilt for different regulatory jurisdictions.
Compliance obligations are set by jurisdiction, not by software. Auregis 2 Comply holds each jurisdiction's requirements as a separate, versioned rule catalogue.
An organisation operates within a jurisdiction, and that jurisdiction determines which rule catalogue applies — the requirements, frequencies, evidence expectations and terminology. Catalogues are independent of one another, so adding or updating a jurisdiction changes no other tenant's compliance position. Northern Ireland, Queensland and England are available today, with England validated for social housing and its deferred areas stated openly rather than implied. Every other jurisdiction is planned, and is not available until its own catalogue has been built and validated.
United Kingdom
Northern Ireland and England are available today. Every other jurisdiction is planned, and is not available until its own catalogue is built and validated.
- England GB-ENGAvailable
England social housing compliance is available through Auregis 2 Comply, with structured regulatory requirements, evidence assurance and end-to-end compliance workflows built and validated against the England regulatory framework, including Awaab's Law Phase 1 requirements for damp and mould and emergency hazards.
Validated coverage. Validated for social housing: gas, electrical, fire, water hygiene, asbestos, lifting equipment, damp and mould, Awaab's Law Phase 1, tenancy and landlord duties, accessibility and governance.
Deferred. Awaab's Law Phase 2, due to take effect on 30 November 2026, is being prepared for but is not yet validated. Also not yet covered: higher-risk building duties under the Building Safety Act 2022, external areas and communal grounds, and energy performance. Coverage for these areas is not validated and Auregis 2 Comply will not report a compliance position on them.
